Dia really should know a little more about units that having them settable for margins in the page setup. Basically, all lengths and font sizes should "have units on them". However, there's a couple unanswered questions.--
- Should default units be a diagram-specific thing or Dia-global? I think diagram-specific, which means adding more diagram properties.
- Should the entry widget convert the units at once to the 'preferred' unit? I think yes, avoids surprises.
- Should we try to make things use different units internally to avoid rounding errors? Probably no, it would be a lot of work.
- In the entry widget, should the GtkAdjustment? numbers depend on the preferred unit? That would probably be preferable, but means we have to add reasonable (what's that?) limits.
